Each piece is checked for timekeeping, crown and clasp function, and finish. It is only handed to the carrier once it passes.

Shipping & Returns
After you order, your watch is assembled by hand and tested before it is handed to the carrier. This is why it takes a few days before it ships.
Standard Shipping is free. Express Shipping is available for a fee shown at checkout. A tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves.
Customs checks on international parcels are now stricter, so clearance takes longer than it used to. Tracking can pause for a few days at this stage. That is normal, and your parcel is still on its way.
